Flat roof over breezeway is defective and leaking.

Removal of existing flat roof material with leaking seams and incorrect flashing details at adjacent cedar roof connection.
Clean and inspect wood roof deck and do carpentry repairs as needed.
Install base ply of a 3-ply heat welded modified bitumen roof system.
Fabrication and installation of copper flashing into cedar roof
Installation of ply #2 and #3 granular surface (color: Weatherwood). New white AZEK trim boards following copper flashing installation.
Finished project with nice complementing materials.
