Start of tile roof restoration (relay) removing tile and deteriorated metal flashing and underlayment materials. Removing years of accumulated debris.
Stockpiling of roof tile for reinstallation.
Clean and repair original wood roof deck.
New roof deck underlayment serves as secondary waterproofing.
New copper valley flashing and wood tile Nailers installed
New copper plumbing vent pipe flashing
Tiles being reinstalled
